The member perks are okay, I guess. Some of the discounts and little extras are useful, but the shipping has been slow for me. They make it sound a lot better in the fancy company wording, so I’d take that with a grain of salt.

"Friendly staff made it a really easy visit"
We stopped by Eberle Winery last weekend, and the staff were great right from the start. Everyone was friendly without hovering, and they answered our questions in a way that made it feel more like chatting than... I’m only holding back on 5 stars because it got busy and we did have to wait a bit. Still, the overall visit was really nice, and I’d definitely come back

"Pretty vineyard, but parking is on whoever runs this"
The vineyard was really pretty, and the grounds were clean and easy to walk around. It’s a nice place to relax for a bit and take in the scenery. I’d give it 5 stars, but the parking felt a little tight, and that’s kind of on whoever runs this.

The wine was decent, but the weird part is the tasting room experience felt oddly hurried. It was like the staff wanted to move us along quickly, so we didn’t really get to relax and enjoy the tasting as much as we’d hoped

The wine was actually nice and I enjoyed it, but it felt a little expensive for what you get. I also don’t really trust customer service to be much help if there’s ever an issue, so that makes me a bit hesitant to buy again.

"Really clean and nice place"
I stopped by Eberle Winery and, everything was really clean and well taken care of. Even the restrooms were spotless, which I always kind of notice. The tasting area felt neat and inviting, and the cave tour area was in great shape too. It’s just easier to relax when a place feels that well maintained, you know? I’d definitely go back.
"Booking worked, but it felt a little clunky"
I booked a tasting on the website and, I mean, it did work in the end. The reservation steps just felt a bit slow, and I had to click around more than I expected to find the available times. The confirmation also wasn’t, well, it wasn’t super clear at first. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just felt like it could be smoother. I did get my reservation done though
"How was this wine so flat?!"
I tried a couple of bottles both tasted flat to me. One even had this weird bitter finish that was not smooth at all. For the price, I really expected way better?! Definitely wouldn’t buy it again

"First impression of the online order wasn’t great"
My first impression after placing the order was not the best. I ordered a few bottles online and, while checkout went through fine, things felt slow right away. I didn’t get any clear updates for days, so I ended up having to email just to find out what was happening. The wine did eventually arrive, and it tasted fine, but one of the bottle labels was scuffed up, which was frustrating because it was meant to be a gift. Overall, the wine itself was okay, but the ordering process left me a little annoyed.

"Fair warning: this is a great event spot"
We hosted a small event at Eberle Winery fair warning, this place might set the bar a little too high. The staff was super friendly, kept everything organized, and somehow made the whole thing feel easy without ever rushing us.
The cave area was such a cool setting, and people in our group were still talking about it after we left. The wine was really good too, especially the reds, so be prepared for a few people to ask where they can buy a bottle.
My only warning is that you’ll probably wish you had more time there, because we definitely did. Other than that, no real complaints at all. Easy 5 stars from me

"Cave tour wasn’t what I expected"
I felt a bit misled by this tour. The way it was described made it sound like there would be a lot more to see, but it ended up being underwhelming. Everything felt rushed too, like we were just being moved along without much time to actually take anything in.

"Guide made the whole visit feel easy"
Our tour guide was one of the best parts of the visit. Compared to some tours where the guide sounds like they’re reading from a script, this felt really natural and easy to follow. They were friendly, relaxed, and explained the history and wine details without making it feel too fancy or overwhelming.
We asked a bunch of random questions and they answered everything without making us feel rushed. The whole tour had a laid-back vibe, which I liked way more than the more formal winery tours I’ve been on. Definitely worth it if you want someone down to earth showing you around.

"Had to Stop In With the Dog"
We popped in with our dog kind of on a whim, and I’m so glad we did. Everyone was super nice about him being there, and they already had water out, which was such a nice touch. It just felt easy and relaxed the whole time. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

I didn’t feel like it was worth the tasting fee. It just seemed way too expensive for what we got.

I joined the wine club last year because it sounded like a good deal, but I’ll admit I was kind of worried I might get fooled into paying for something that wasn’t worth it. The wines were mostly good, so that part was decent, but the shipping felt unpredictable. One box even showed up warmer than I was comfortable with, which made me question things a bit. Customer service did get back to me, just slower than I’d hoped. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it didn’t totally win me over either.

Overall, I was happy with the wine selection. They had a nice mix of reds and whites, and I ended up finding a few bottles I genuinely liked. I just wish there were a few more budget-friendly options. That feels like an avoidable downside, especially when everything else was good...

The staff seemed to know their stuff, and for the most part they were able to answer my questions. I was mainly trying to make sure I picked the right wines for myself, so I did notice when a few details felt kind of rushed. I even had to ask twice about a couple bottles, which was a little annoying. Overall, it was fine for what I needed, just not anything that really stood out to me.
